              Kelly Gardiner - PA-C, received her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies in 2023 from Yale Online Physician Assistant Program. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. After an extensive professional career working in the medical field as a Clinical Dietitian, a Diabetes Educator, a Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Sales Representative; she realized her personal passion to become a Physician Assistant.
